Q = Do I get territory exclusivity when I
buy from you?
A = While we will do our best to not mail a similar letter into
the same area for two agents, we do not give exclusivity to any agent or
company.
Q = What is my minimum test mailing quantity?
A = Just 200 letters, at 50¢ per letter.
Q = Are there volume discounts if I place large orders with you?
A = No. Our prices are already based on large-volume
monthly mailings in which you are a participant. Our pricing is
far below competitive offers - especially the 'canned' programs
typically offered by parent company marketers. Our price - 50¢ per
unit - is typically less than the cost that you would normally pay for
the data and a 42¢ stamp - without the production included. So
it's a good value already.
Q = How long does it take for you to set up my letter and my
online agent database?
A = The set-up process generally takes 10 days or less. We
can typically mail your letters within 5 business days of receiving your
orders.
Q= Once my letters are mailed, how long does it take for calls to
start coming in?
A = All of our letters mail with Standard Class Postage.
This is what was formally referred to as "bulk" mail. The United
States Postal Service does not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe
for Standard Class Mailings. Mail can be delivered in a few days -
or it could take up to 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the volume of First
Class Mail in the postal system at that time. If you would like to
upgrade your mailings to First Class (minimum of 500 units), we can do
so for an additional 10¢ per letter. First Class Mail typically
gets delivered within 3 business days.
Q = Can I get phone numbers with my mailing list?
A = In order to telephone your prospect list (telemarketing), you
must first register with the Federal Trade Commission's "Do Not Call"
Service (click
HERE.) Then, phone numbers (where available) cost an additional
5¢ per name. We recommend buying "phone #s where available" rather
than "100% phone numbers" due to the fact that up to 80% of consumers
have opted-out of getting telephone calls. If you only buy names of
people who have not opted-out, you may be taking the best prospects out
of your marketing mix.
Q = Do you guarantee that I will gain new customers?
A = No. We provide a printing & mailing service only.
Because we do not control the mindset of your prospects - and we cannot
control the sales process or methods you use to sell - we cannot
guarantee the results you will enjoy. All we can do is try to
motivate the prospects to call you; the ball is in your court to sell
them.
Q = Can I get my money back if I'm not satisfied with the results of
the marketing?
A = Unfortunately, no. Marketing is turning on a water tap.
Once the water is poured out, it can't be recaptured. The same
thing applies to running a print ad, TV ad or radio spot; once the
marketing is out there, it either performs for you or it doesn't.
Our mission is to try to get you the most 'bang for your buck'.
But there is no guarantee of results or ROI.
Q = Can you provide testimonials or referrals?
A = Absolutely. Our clients love to share their success
stories. Just ask us for referrals in your area.
Can I get live samples of your letters?
Yes! We will be glad to send you a
packet of samples. We produce a wide range of letters, postcards,
snap packs and other mailers here at SDMI. Just ask for a samples
kits and we'll have one in the mail to you right away!
