Getting Started

1. Determine Your Market

The first step in building your marketing plan is to determine the geography that you want to market into.  This can be as small as a single Zip Code or as large as an entire state.  Just remember that you will have to service leads that come in as a result of your marketing.  So if a customer 500 miles away wants a sales visit, you have offered to make the call.  Just use common sense in selecting your geography.

2. Get a List Count

We will be glad to run list counts for each of the upcoming months, in your target geographical area.  Just call or email us with your request.
 

3. Submit Your Logo & Contact Information

Once we receive your logo and contact information, we will create  a sample letter for your review.  We typically send this to you in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.  You can make any changes needed until the letter says exactly what you want it to say.

4. Sign The Contract & Provide Payment

We will provide a contract for your chosen campaign.  Sign all pages of the contract indicating your payment preference, and fax it back to us.  We accept all major credit cards, as well as 'check by fax'.  All programs at SDMI require payment in full in advance of the mailing.
 

That's all it takes! Once your program is mailed, you will receive an Excel file containing all of the prospect information.
