The X-Date Marketing System

The X-Date Marketing System is set up for multiple types of implementation:
• Single Agent - or -
• Broker with Multiple Agents - or -
• Referring Agent with Override

If you are a single agent (or a 2-3 person office) your letters can be generated manually.

If you are a multi-agent office, you will certainly benefit from our on-line Agent Management Data Entry System. It allows you to make changes to your agent information, coverage levels, even letter copy, online, in a matter of minutes.

The system costs just $199 to set up, and it gives you the ability to create and edit multiple agent data templates. These templates are the key to simplifying the marketing process. You can easily create or clone a set of data for a specific state or market.

The left side of the data entry screen represents the FRONT of your marketing letter; the right side represents the BACK of your letter. You can specify different Discount Lines, Effective Date, Coverage Types, etc.

When you have entered all of your agent & offer details, you can simply save the record and exit. OR - you can clone the page for a different market. Let's say that you have five agents sharing the same market. There is no need to retype the information for each agent; just clone the page. OR - if you are marketing in different states with different policy types, coverage, or deductibles - simply clone the page, make the changes, and save it under a different title. It's that easy.

The key to effective X-date home policy marketing is accurate data.

• QUOTE TOO HIGH and you won't get much response. Customers won't switch if you're not going to save them money!

• QUOTE TOO LOW and you will have to go up from the rate you quote in the letter. Customers will think it's 'bait & switch', so they won't sign with you.

That is why we offer you four different ways to look at the home valuations in your area:

Total Value Calculated: The "TOTAL" (i.e., Land + Improvement) Value closest to current market value used for assessment by county or local taxing authorities.

Assessed Total Value: The Total Assessed Value of the Parcel's Land & Improvement values as provided by the county or local taxing/assessment authority.

Market Total Value: The Total Market Value of the Parcel's Land & Improvement values as provided by the county or local taxing/assessment authority.

Appraised Total Value: The Total Appraised Value of the Parcel's Land & Improvement values as provided by the county or local taxing/assessment authority.

You can select any or all of these valuations when purchasing names in your target area. List counts are always FREE at SDMI. We can tell you exactly how many candidates existing for the upcoming month(s) in your market - or multiple markets.
